How to Purchase

1．Choose a product

- Check the details and enlarged images of the products and select the product of your choice.

2．Add to cart

- After confirming the product details, select the quantity and click the "Add to cart" button.

3. Check the contents of the "Shopping Cart”

- Check the contents of the "shopping cart" displayed.
- If you wish to change the number of items, please click the "Update cart" button after re-entering the "Quantity".
- If you want to delete an item, click the "❌" button.
- When you click the "Calculate Shipping Cost" button in the "Cart Totals" table, you will see a box to enter your address,But there is no need to fill in any particular information here.There will be a field to fill in later.

4. Proceed with your order

- After confirming the contents of your "Shopping Cart," click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

5. Enter order details

- Enter your billing and shipping details in the order form.
- Shipping costs will be calculated once the billing details are entered under ‘Billing Information.’
- Alternatively, shipping costs will be calculated once all fields are completed under ‘Ship to a different address?’

6. Select payment method

- Choose your preferred payment method under the ‘Your Order’ section.
- Check the box to confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Use.

7. Place order

- Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

8. Order completion

- You will receive an order confirmation email with details.

- If you wish to order by fax, please print out the order form linked below and place your order using the fax number below the form.

*For details on "cash on delivery fee and shipping charges," please submit the form with the blank space provided, as the person in charge will contact you by e-mail with the "total amount to be paid" at a later date.

- The limit is 300,000 yen. Please note that this total includes the product price (tax included), shipping cost (tax included), and cash on delivery fee (tax included).

- In the event of a significant delay in delivery, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. Please note that we are not able to ship overseas.
- If your order has not arrived after more than 30 business days, please contact us.

- For damaged or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us  within 7 days  of arrival. We will cover the return shipping cost.
- We cannot accept returns for damage caused by customer misuse or after use. Repairs may be possible, but please note that the repair cost and return shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility.
